Customer data
You retain ownership of the materials and data you provide to Maximos. Identifiable deal information, documents, portfolio data, and proprietary content from your workspace are not exposed to other customers.
Data protection
Maximos applies technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect customer data and restrict access to authorized users and systems. Workspace data is isolated by organization.
Human control
Maximos helps teams analyze, document, and act on investment decisions while keeping authorized users in control of approvals and final actions.
Traceable outputs
Where supported by the workflow, Maximos connects analysis to underlying evidence, sources, decision history, actors, timestamps, and methodology.
Enterprise controls
Workspaces use organization-level access and role-based permissions. SAML / OIDC single sign-on is available for applicable Institutional and Enterprise deployments and is configured as part of that deployment. Decision history and administrative export are available where the workflow supports them.
Security & compliance
Maximos is building toward the security and compliance requirements expected by institutional customers. Additional security documentation may be made available during diligence.
